Feed innovation Services regards feed as a precursor of
food. We are especially interested in the way in which the
quality of the final product from animal origin can be influenced
and improved by means of the feed of the animal.
In this context Feed Innovation Services has experience
with the following quality parameters:
- Fleshiness
- Presence of health promoting ingredients, such as vitamins
and minerals
- Juiciness
- Colour; calves
- Body fat; colour, hardness
- Fatty acids; n-6, n-3, gamma linoleic acid
- Absence of deviating smell and flavour.
